Of all therapies Hypnosis attracts the most polarised of opinions. Some feel that the link with stage hypnosis taints it as theatrical and potentially dangerous, whilst those who have been helped by it are often evangelical in singing its praises. Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness whereby deep-rooted habits and psychological disturbances may be accessed and an inner well of strength and resources utilised to create new beliefs.

Module One: Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Stress management. Learn the basics of classical inductions, habit control, stress management techniques, basic NLP and self hypnosis.

Module Two: Diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy. Goes deeper into NLP reframing techniques, indirect Eriksonian hypnotherapy. Use of metaphor, Past Life and time-line therapies.

Module Three: Master Therapist. Learn belief mapping, deeper trance work, hypnoanalysis, hypnohealing.

Small group work with practical demonstrations, supervised inductions and feedback sessions. Continual assessment to ensure that each candidate develops the skill areas needed.

The Master practitioner is eligible for membership of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy (BIH) and will be given a BUPA and NHS number.
