Introduction to Fast Emotional Learning Therapy ( tapping)

Practical use of this acupressure point based system includes:

Background to EFT, Tapping, TFT

Learning the basic sequence

EMDR to disrupt old patterns

Keeping the emotional state required

Suitable for anyone curious about the mind/body link and how fear responses ( eg phobias) might be dramatically reduced.

There are no pre-requisites for the course.

Robin Oxley is originally trained as a Behavioural Psychologist, and subsequently as a clinical hypnotherapist, life coach, NLP and Reiki practitioner.
