An
introduction to the work of George Kelly applied to
Counselling and Human Relations. This one day experiential
workshop explored the way in which we develop feelings
and attitudes towards ourselves and others and how these views
are tested and maintained.
If the
‘self’ is constructed – as Kelly suggests – then it can be
de-constructed and then re-built, which is clearly good news
when our self picture becomes stuck or distorted.
