Prior to Treatment: To get the best from your tan exfoliate and moisturise your skin regularly prior to having the St.Tropez treatment. This will give a smoother surface for the therapist to apply the tan. A much better result will be achieved and the tan will last longer. If you need to shave/wax do this 24 hours prior to the treatment. If possible, don't wear deodorant the day of the treatment. Come along in loose fitting dark coloured clothes.

After Treatment: Don’t worry if you look streaky as it dries, this is normal. When you wash excess tan off, you will be left with a smooth golden tan. The tan should be left on for at least 4 hours, preferably over-night. To maximize how long your tan will last gently exfoliate, using the St.Tropez Body Polisher every 2-3 days as the tan starts to fade and use the St.Tropez Body Moisturiser, as it will help to prolong the life of the tan.

A salon applied lotion tan will last 7-10 days on the skin. However, this does depend on the client’s skin type, home skin care routine and lifestyle.
