Many Practitioners, whether working for an organisation or in
private practice, are increasingly required to work in a time
limited way. For the person centred counsellor this
requirement can raise some difficult dilemmas and challenges.
This workshop aims to:
Explore our attitudes to both 'time' and 'limits' and the
current debate about such issues
Develop our awareness and understanding so we can work
effectively and in a more confident way
Become 'time conscious' rather than 'time limited'
Explore some of the particular work contexts which require
this way of working and the skills involved
Pam Winter
BSc. BACP Accredited Counsellor, Dip in Counselling, Adv.Cert
in Counselling Supervision.
Pam
has twenty years experience working with people, as individual
clients, with couples and groups. Her initial training was in
the Person Centred Approach and she is currently training in
Hakomi Body Centred Psychotherapy and completing a Post
Graduate Certificate in working with Couples (Process-oriented
work based on Gestalt Theory).
A
Certificate of Attendance will be given.
